Several states (Illinois, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia) issue the license under the producer's National Producer Number, so the state license number and the NPN are the same — 22091157. Florida is my resident state; all others are non-resident licenses.

What a license actually means

Every state on that list ran its own vetting and issued its own license — insurance is regulated state by state, and there's no national shortcut. Florida is my resident license, the one that required the licensing exam. The other eighteen are non-resident licenses, which each state grants based on my Florida standing and background. Keeping all nineteen active means meeting Florida's continuing-education requirements and renewing on each state's own schedule.

The lines of authority on these licenses are Accident & Health (the legal category health insurance falls under), plus Life where the state license shows it. In plain terms: I'm licensed to advise on and sell health coverage in every state listed, and nothing I'm not licensed for.

Why I publish all of this

Brokers don't usually put their license numbers on the internet. I do it because trust in this business is earned in the boring details: you shouldn't have to take my word for anything a regulator can confirm. It's the same reason I'd rather show you real plans side by side than talk in generalities. If you check a state and something looks off — a status, a number, anything — tell me. I'd rather hear about it than have you wonder.
